Good afternoon, A Secondary school in Soshanguve wanted to ferry learners to a funeral of one of the learner in Bugersfort Limpopo but did not have funds available and asked us to book for them and they will repay us once school funds are avaibable and we agreed and ask the school to write a letter in writing (proof available ) We made agreement with Howard Mashaba the CEO of XILUMANI coaches on the 26 April 2019.We were looking to hire two coaches for the Secondary School in Soshanguve which was to undertake a trip to Burgersfort to a Funeral of a learner.I was referred to Howard Mashaba by a manager from City to City after we tried to Hire Coaches from him and there was None available.Howard Mashaba cell *** Communicated with our travel agent Ruthzana Nakana through Whatsup on the 26 April 2019 and sent his Account numbers through Whatsup and he quoted R41 000,00 Payment was immediately done via EFT to account *** FNB and proof of payment sent to him via whatsapp. Mr Mashaba then realesed the bus but only one bus came around 11pm although Mashaba said buses are at Bosman but when making contact drivers indicated that they are leaving from Johannesburg and through communication he said buses are in Bosman hence our decision to hire Xilumani instead of another bus coach company from Thembisa. The school was to ferry students approximately 120 learners and they then decided to cancel the trip as it was late and one bus was not going to make it as it was stuck at Danville tunnel, We had to find Quantums to ferry learners to their respective homes around 12am and Howard's phones were off.Saturday morning on the 27.04.2019 Ruthzana spoke to Howard via call and whaatsup I had sent him the pictures of the bus being overloaded and the learners trying to board in we then agreed that he Will refund Mzansi4sure travel and Tours an amount of R41 000.Howard has never refunded us and has been not honoured his promise to date, I went to the police station and they attempted speaking to his manager Eddie with no Success of refund. We have issued letter of demand from court and he has never responded. Next step was to issue summons and legal costs are extremely expensive for a small company to can afford. We have even spoken to his brother and other people around his circle to intervene but to date still he has not refunded.

Howard company is Xilumani Coaches and is based in Bosman.

Teachers, principal and learners of the school can testify that trip was canceled due to late buses and overload. Mzansi 4 Sure Travel and tours is still a small company and to loose R41000 has put strain to the business and having to loose one employee.

We are crying for help South Africa. He has indicated that he is untouchable and even going to lawyers, social media and television broadcast will not shake him.
