Xiaomi SA horrible and Xiaomi it self also horrible

I bought a Redmi 12 Note pro from them. I log multiply log of Xiaomi feedback my phone is overheating. Which may be the cause why my phone stop charging completed. Tested it on other chargers does not charge. Try to phone the Sandton branch which I bought the phone from there number is incorrect. Phone the Cape Town branch gave me the "correct" number. Is horrible. And the brand Xiaomi is really failing on there feedback systems
