XIAOMI ROBOT VACUUM S10+ watertank stopped working within 6 months

XIAOMI does NOT have a repair shop or after sales service in South Africa. I bought a XIAOMI ROBOT VACUUM S10+ on 23 January 2024. Within 6 months the product gave mechanical problems. The water tank does NOT dispense the water to the 2 mops below. I emailed Xiaomi, but got NOWHERE. They keep dodging the issue. And give ridiculous responses like "fill the water tank with water", or make sure the setting is "set to mop". I paid R8,000 for a product that stopped working within 6 months. So do not waste your money. Frustration. How can they sell products in South Africa and do business in South Africa, if they don't have a place where products (that are under WARRANTY for 12 months) cannot be repaired !
