Very bad service

<p>I bought this phone to find out auto rotation does not work it will not update the software and freezes. I emailed them and they tried solutions over the phone when nothing worked there answer was I would have to fly from S.A to Hong Kong so their technicians could have a look, for such a big company the least they could do was swop the phone out for me if they have such trust in their product, I will never support them again and and please don't anybody buy this product itself the Xiaomi Note 3 Pro, but I've heard their other products are also faulty iwill go to iPhone next.</p>
