Very angry customer service

What a stupid response to the customer. So I bought a screen protector some few weeks ago, and today I had to take it back because it just started melting on its own. So when I asked for assurance from this rude guy, he shouted and asked me if i ever bought shoes and returned them back, in reality, YES, we do return defective goods for refund or return. My point is, this guy is not gonna talk to me like that while he knows that he sells plastic screen protectors so expensive. I am so ****ed off right now because they ripped me off and expect me to understand their stupidity theories. You must never, ever speak to customers who pay you like you are in the toilet sir.
