useless customer service

Useless company I have 4 mi box's in my home and I will be selling them all. I just recently bought a new 1 after 4 weeks the remote stops working I email support back and forth they say they will resolve the matter it's been several weeks of emails and no one at a multi billion dollar company can give me an answer as to what year I will be getting a remote.

They quick to take your money but when their products are defective they can't assist you.
