No support, quality is skin deep

Bought a Xiaomi Robot Vacuum about 18 months ago, and it's gone mad - it now goes in little circles round and round, but cleans almost nothing. I've reset the device countless times now, and it works for a bit, but then back to dancing in little circles all over the house in one or two runs.

Contacted Xiaomi and was basically told to f**k off as they don't have support locally and they don't care. This was after a few back and forth messages - they lead you on, making you think they give service, but they might as well have returned my messages as undelivered, because nothing helpful was provided in any of their emails.

The quality seems good at first...same features as much more expensive brands, and at first everything seems to work fine...bargain! However, without fail, all my Xiaomi devices fail after about 1-2 years and you are SOL for getting them fixed or replaced under warranty.

TL;DR....just another Chinese company making "affordable" garbage...avoid.
