Lousy Service

I purchased a S20 robot vacuum from Takealot August 2025.

The product worked quite well until recently when it started acting up. It is failing to find the charging dock and obviously does not charge. I contacted Xiaomi, since the product is still under warranty. They stated that I need to contact the supplier.

I contacted Takealot and they state that it's not a Takealot problem, but a Xiaomi problem, which I kind of agree with.

They have also stated that if they provide me with a service provider to do the inspection, I am liable for the inspection fees. This is unacceptable and ludicrous for a product that is still under warranty.

Now I have so many Xiaomi products in my house, but the after sales service that they provide stinks. If I could give them a zero rating I would.
