Horrible service & Customer Communications

For a first timer to purchase electronics online, this was the most worst possible scenario I could imagine as not only did my Redmi 2 Pro Bundle not deliver as advertised (& expected) but the Mi Pulse Band Also didn't even bother to charge and has stayed completely light-less, as well as untraceable on any phone....

I may have bought a special, but I still expected at least the basic respect as a customer spending money. Not the complete lack of communication I have endured.
