bad customer service and no after sales service

they do bot have a office in South Africa that can assist you and if you call there contact number you are connected to an agent in the Philippines . who say they will call back but only send you a generic email . and never take responsibility for there bad products . I have a mi watch lite 2 that after a year of having 7 day battery life is down to 20 hours , nothing changed just happened last week . they say reset the watch but nothing helps
