Hello people…i needed a fully equipped foodtrailer for the past few months i searched in many catering equipments shops with no luck of what i was looking for.January 2022 i bumped to a company called Xiaobo equipment with nice and attracting trailer on their catalogue on website ive contacted with them i sent them what impressed me on their catalogue via whatsapp on cell no.********** and i told them that i will buy it on March,and then this month 24 March 2022 ive contacted them again informing them im ready theyve sent me profoma invoice with account number and their address after that i paid them using fnb app the amount of R32365.00 includes delivery ive sent them proof of payment.they promsedthat the trailer will be delivered 2-3 working days,the following day on the 25th one of the guy contacted me and he said that the funds are not reflecting on their account i must call the bank or go to the branch to tell the bank to release funds to them,i told him that the funds will be in within 48hrs because i didnt make “pay and clear”. after some hours FNB called me and ask me that where was the payment of R32365.00 goes to and why.ive explained to them that i was buying mobile kitchen from Xiaobo equipments.FNB told me that they are ******** their account has never been used before its new.FNB is a good choice on banking they’ve reserved my money same time.THANKS TO FNB BANK IF IT WASN’T FOR FNB I SHOULD HAVE LOST MY MONEY to ths Xiaobo Equipment bugs who are busy stilling pictures from China from a company manufacturing the foodtrailer and claiming that its their production THANKS FNB BANK
