Don't do business here

I went to XFactor in Boksburg on the 16th of October and the lady told me that it would take 3-4 days. After numerous phone calls and emails, I recieved my order the 27th of October, 2 weeks after my order has been submitted. After receiving my order yesterday, my sticker was incorrect after I have literally drawn them a picture of what I wanted. The lady also said that they will fix it and deliver it for me, but that also never happend. I also have clients waiting on products,but XFactor now have lost a permanent client due to this. Now I will take my business some where else where it will be appreciated and done right.
