Unacceptable Delay in Invoice Payment

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the non-payment of invoices for catering services provided to XET. Despite agreeing on a payment term of 7 days from the invoice date when opening the account in November 2023, none of the invoices has been settled to date.

Multiple attempts to communicate have been made, but we have not received any response, acknowledgment, or feedback from their end.

Negligence in addressing this issue reflects poorly on their commitment to honoring agreements and maintaining professional relationships.

Please reconsider doing business with them, as this is how they treat small businesses.
