Oxbow Xerox promote abuse to woman and child

At the end of Diaz road Monte Vista a Oxbow Xerox (around 5pm Thursday 18 February) driver (white male) cut my car off as I was taking my turn to go through the 4 way stop. Been cut off is not the concern for me, but what is, is that this man took delight in shouting swear words to my daughter (5years old) and me. If that wasn't enough he pulled his middle finger to my daughter and I, all while he had his team of men in the back watching how the boss treats woman and children. This man in a position of leadership is allowing himself and his team to put the Oxbow Xerox brand in a position to promote abuse to woman and children. Is this the standard of people hired in what is meant to be a respectable brand? the other problem is that this man has got the biggest banner on his car of where he works, I question whether he has infringed a part of his contract that should include code and conduct.
