No good deed goes unpunished

Gustav Agenbacht was asked to draw up plans for renovations to my home for a building costs of a maximum amount of R450 000 in lieu of board in my home for a maximum of 3 months. He was to submit these plans to council by December 2017. The quotation for his ideas came to R1,8million and no plans were ever submitted to council. He presented me with a bill far exceeding the value of the 3 month rental and has for the past 2 months been squatting in my home and threatening me and an associate. His business ethics and his behavior leave much to be desired.
