I hereby lodge a complaint to the Democratic Aliance regarding a motor vehicle accident that my wife and I were involved I and how we were manipulated in signing our rights away by Outsourance tshintsha Di dink ( said it with attitude ) tshintsha Di Dink
On 29th August 2017 we were on our way to a friend in Zevenwacht when the car in front of us immediately stopped for horses passing by. We then immediately stopped as we saw what was happening and were driving in a 60km limit as per road instructions after about 15 seconds a Toyota Hillux (driver's name is Andries Haardnick) rear ended our car completely in a point that our car became a write off. He was negligent and didn't maintain safe following distance and was also driving a company car which he called his manager Peter from the company Xenocorp to check out what was happening. He called us the following day and wanted to see us. I'm sure he wanted to butter us up because he gave us all the insurance details to claim. At that time we had just fixed the car and have nothing owing on it. I had an injury as a result of that accident in which I had a C7 neck fracture and i am now wearing a neck brace and my wife suffered from post traumatic stress which led to depression as she was having sleepless nights and we injured hospital bills as we exhausted our medical aid. We both were on sick leave for a month. This has affected our employment as well as we both have exhausted our sick leave and Have unpaid leave meaning that we not receiving a full salary and my fear is that next year we wpnt jave sick leave and we still under a three year cycle for sick leave so we wont get paid in full if we sick next year. We involved our lawyer to assist but the legal fees were to much for us and decided after a long battle with their insurance (Outsurance) that we must just give in and settle for their offer as they gave us no choice. They offered us R34 725.60 the car value plus minus R110 . . What's worse is that we stuck with bills that cost more or less R50000 while now we cannot claim because we signed that right away as we had no other choice. This company is insured with public liability but when we wanted forms from outsurance the legal advisor Anastasia Vogues REFUSED to give us forms advising we should go the RAF route and that we not her clients.
It feels like we were forced to accept this offer because they knew that we were not financially able to fight them and they are this big organisation so they can afford expensive lawyers. I feel ****** and stripped of my dignity. That's why I'm writing to you as this was unfairly conducted and its sad that these organisations get away with everything but us small people have to lose so much. Please assist us, we don't know what else to do. I am still angry Of XenoCorp and the calpret Andries Hartnick never take responsibility he called himself paster
hello Peter please expose this people and I want next time know that what ever money they have they have been getting from citizen
