XELUS? - NEVER AGAIN

I took a look at various reviews of this company. The reason for doing this is because I have had two bad experiences with Xelus (Kaelo). To my utter disgust I realise I am not the only one who has been on the receiving end of their bad service. Worse, Xelus makes NO EFFORT WHATSOEVER to even contact their customers and try sort out their problems.
