Unauthorized Debit Orders

I have noticed for some time now that Xelus is subtracting funds from my account every month.<br> My bank currently assists me in manually reversing the debit order every month.<br> <br> I have tried to call -no answer<br> I have e-mailed -no answer<br> <br> I am now forced to report the matter to the banking ombudsman as well as the SAPS since Xelus chose not to answer my queries.
