Terrible service

The service from this medical insurance service provider sucks. They didn't debit my my account when they were supposed to. I made contact with them asking for bank details to make a payment and I'm still waiting. I am diabetic suffer from high blood pressure and high cholesterol and cannot afford to be without cover. I have explained this to then but they don't care.
