Policy cancelled but debit order still running, *********** staff

<p>I cancelled my policy two months ago and my debit order is still running. When you call the customer service, the system is usually offline and they make excuses for why they can't access my transaction accounts. Received an email yesterday telling me the policy was cancelled and they did not deduct any more funds from my account. So I now have to prove to them that they did deduct the money. I'm taking the matter to Legalwise.. </p>
