No contact. Nothing!

I'm trying to handle a claim. I get FORM LETTERS sent to me and I submit the documents. I ask questions - no reply. I wait to see if they get the docs - no reply. I submit asking to please be contacted - no reply. I try find out what is happening - no reply.<br> <br> Worst service ever. MEDIHELP is fantastic but XELUS as a gap cover company...not so much
