Kaelo Xelus Gap Cover - They cancel your cover without reason

I took up a Gap cover with Kaelo Xelus beginning of the year,after sending all my information and forms, they asked if i wanted the cover under my personal name or through my company...to which i requested that they load it in my personal capacity and sent them my banking details to debit the premiums from. They then confirmed that my cover would be active from 1 March 2020. In April i called in to ask why the premiums had not been deducted from my account, to which they indicated that i should send them my bank statement again and request in an e-mail that they deduct all the premiums. I did this, and still nothing. I called 4 more times, & was given the same instruction all 4 times, which I acted on, and still nothing. On the 25th of June i called in to follow up on this again, and an *********** & impatient consultant told me that my policy was terminated on the 29th Feb. I told her i did not have a policy with them at that time, and my policy only started on the 1st March. She simply told me to re-apply. I told her i refuse to do that without understanding who instructed them to cancel my policy. I have all the e-mails proving my communication with Xelus, i dont understand how I went from having cover and begging them to deduct the premiums...to finding out that I actually have no cover anymore. This is simply unacceptable and I will be taking the matter further.
