<p>My husband was admitted to hospital in April. We had to pay R2 500 out of our own pocket because medical aid did not cover that hospital. We put the claim in for gap cover to pay back. Sent all documents, did not hear anything back. After a few weeks my husband phoned to find out what's the hold up, to be told one form is incomplete, they cannot process it. Completed the form and sent it in. According to them the processing takes 48 hours and pay out another 48 hours. Today is 16 August 2016. It's already been 7 weeks now. If he phones to find out what's going on, he gets told to talk to the person handeling the claim and when we gets referred the phone line dies (so they putting the phone down) or the person is never at the office and does not call us back. So what do we do now?!</p>
