Does anyone actually work there?

<p>I have had to move my Xelus gap cover onto my direct banking account as I resigned. I have sent numerous mails and am yet to get a response. Tried calling a couple of times, and am put onto hold for 8 min. I tried claiming from then once, same story. Should I get a new provider??</p>
