ZERO star rating for Xecutronix

If there was a ZERO star rating, then I would give that to Xecutronix. It took them 7 weeks to fit a new magnetron into our microwave, when we finally took the microwave out of our box, it was not our microwave, but an older, lower range, scratched model! And to top it off, that microwave did not even work! I have been trying to call them and the 'manager' never takes the call, the lady at reception is super rude :( Will we ever get our microwave back or replaced...
