XECUTRONIX & LG xtreme poor service and possible ******

My out of warranty LG TV is in for repairs with XECUTRONIX as was recommended & arranged by LG,having received foolish & very vague answers from XECUTRONIX after sending the proof of payment for repairs I contacted LG and Nabeela,representing LG took stupididy to a whole new level,XECUTRONIX would contact me on a public holiday,a day they are not working,very disrespectful and foolish showing a possibility that he/she never followed up with XECUTRONIX to find find out the truth about my casethis was my last lg product.......to hell with LG
