Wrong part ordered

I would like to express my greatest disappointment in the service that was provided by Xecutronix .I ordered a motherboard part for my LG GR-X31FTKHL and i got the wrong part shipped to me after waiting for 6 months. I need a refund because the part they supp**** was the wrong one. It was certainly a mistake on their part and not mine. Either they refund me in full or they replace the part with the correct motherboard for my fridge it is almost a year with my fridge not working .Can something be done urgently as this is now a big inconvenience to me and my family .I made a huge investment on this and now I cannot enjoy the fruits of my hard work.

Very Disappointed with the service.
