WANT TO S**** 5 YEAR OLD MACHINE

I took an LG DVD player to Xecutronics for Repairs. Item was confirmed Repaired and I had to pay over R400 for the repair which I was happy to do. Went home and DVD's still were not playing on the machine. Went back to Xecutronics to send it in again and a few days later I was phoned that they will s**** machine as LG cannot get a specific part. I then personally rushed there asking how LG will just allow me to s**** a fairly new machine because they discontinued a part. I was told there was nothing they can do I must just s**** the machine. After continuously insisting it was still very new and I was not willing to throw away an R8000 machine just after 5 years and only because I said I would complain to LG head Office was I then offered to have the item send it in again to arrange for LG to do a swop at which they will replace the machine with a new one and I would need to pay the difference which I gladly accepted. It has now been a month since it was sent in again and nobody responds to me on whether LG will be doing the switch or even where in the process is my machine..
