RUDEST PERSON AND NO SERVICE

Josephine is by far the rudest person I have ever spoken! she has absolutely no customer service skills and should not be dealing with customers, this is the face of your company???<br> <br> Xecutronix has had our tv for over 3 weeks and order parts but then they are the wrong ones or are faulty etc? How is that suppose to be my problem that you get the wrong parts?<br> <br> ABSOLUTELY BEYOND SHOCKING SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!<br>
