Pleasant and effective

Very pleasant to deal with and repair was completed earlier than they had anticipated. Liked that they insisted on demonstrating the repair had been successful before releasing the microwave back to me. Had to send a second proof of payment but not sure if they were at fault or my bank dropped the ball.
