Disrespectful agents for LG especially trying to return parts, they have a T&C that states a 30% handling fee will be charged buy yet they still dont accept return parts as they say head office won't accept it back. ONE OF THE ****TEST BRANDS EVER AND ENDLESS PROBLEMS WHEN IT BREAKS DOWN. Think twice before considering this brand as when it comes to parts being purchased you will be dealing with unprofessional agents at Xecutronix.
