LG G4 cellphone

Last year on November, i went to repairs in LG Repairs Edenville. Left my Cellphone which is an LG G4, the issue with my cell is out of nowhere it started with overheating after charging and it will switch off and when you switch it on just stays on the LG logo and the androids doesn't load and my cell becomes hot like a hot plate. i went look for my insurance paper as this cell was given to me by insurance as my Huawei P8 was ******. and its stated that LG has 2 Yrs warranty.

i was told the warranty will cover it, on Saturday morning i get a call from LG Repairs(Xecutronix) that my cell has water so its not covered by warranty. im shocked as this water they claim comes from where as my cell never fill in any water and from been too hot it has water thats the excuses that way they dont want to fix it. like really so my cell got water from God clearly and i have checked people complain on the same thing LG doesnt want to repair cellphone of theirs as its get this way and they blame water even worse there's a case in state complaining about this maybe i should just start suing them and they can really explain what water are they talking about. i don have Kids that can throw the cell in toilet, and i have a special pillow i put my cell away from me when i work. and i am a sale rep so my cell its forever with me where ever i go to. so this a ridiculous excuses on their terms. and its called bootlooping issue on the mother board and have to pay R3650.00 for them to fix that is crazy, first i never put that cell on water. and cell phone when you put on water dnt charge at all and they dont switch on and show logo and lastly they cant over heat. this not fair in so many levels i dont wish to have an LG ever if this the lie they will keep just for them not to fix this. i already paid R8000.00 for it and you want me to pay half of the value of a cell to repair it. that is a reap off to customer. you really need to do better. im JOB21615 on your system and you have frustrated me on my pregnancy for just a cell i loved
