Xds Unprofessional

Most unprofessional company i have ever worked with. Not clearing my name, after the judgment was paid up 3 years prior. Trying to get hold of them to assist with the matter is a tireless task, should you be so lucky to have someone pick up the phone after waiting 21:37 the call gets dropped. Only one day i phoned them 21 times with the same results waiting for long periods and call being dropped. I cant believe that banks of SA would even consider using there services. Would they even get anything done!?
