XDS service is pathetic

0n 17 April 2019,I obtained a court order indicating that Iam no longer on debt review. However XDS for whatever reason are still maintaining the review flag on my profile. I have made numerous attempts to get clarity without any success. In addition, they are still maintaining to credit accounts on my profile from 3 years ago and this is against the law.
