XDS: Scary that we are compelled to trust an *********** organisation with critical data!!!

<p>I tried to upgrade my cellphone contract in January and was told that I could not take delivery of the phone because my XDS profile was locked (for some reason). I followed the process with XDS to get it unblocked and received confirment on 21 Jan 2017 that it had been unblocked.</p> <p>On 31 Jan 2017, I went into Telkom Mobile to finalise my upgrade, but again was told that my XDS profile was blocked and I could not get my phone.</p> <p>Something is obviously very wrong at XDS, which is concerning given the sensitivity and importance of the personal data the ostensibly manage.</p>
