XDS Sabotages SA Consumers and has UNERELIABLE data

XDS is sabotaging South African consumers by refusing to comply with South African prescription laws. I have been through the process the creditor did not bother to respond to XDS now I need to go through the process again (Another 21days). Their staff is not interested in serving their customers instead the company's refusal to have a working dispute process ensures that their data is outdated and thus unreliable. The ombudsman must investigate their competence.
