XDS not updating my score or attending to disputes.

Good day, I have logged numerous disputes with XDS/Splendid since a few months ago to no response, I tried calling their office number numerous times to no answer. My score has been either Good/Great with all the other credit beaureas except for XDS where it is sitting on 599, which is a high risk category, not really sure if this is being updated on a monthly basis. This is disappointing from XDS, Sanjay contacted me once and never responded or answered my call thereafter.
