XDS not updating my report and score.
I have asked XDS several times ago to remove the Wesbank account on my report, I had an agreement with the credit provider that the account will be removed. All the others have removed the listing leading to a significant improvement on my score. The XDS score has been of 599 for the last two years, not really sure what it takes to get some improvement on this platform.
