XDS not ready to be part of the credit bureau

This company should somehow be removed on the credit bureau list. It is not functional. I have had a dispute with them for weeks. I sent an e-mail with all necessary supporting documents, and it took them two weeks, after a call i made to finally log a dispute. Once the dispute was logged, they wanted to keep telling me that it will take them 20 additional days to resolve the dispute.

I callled, and one of the ladies told me that they will escalate the matter, but a week later still nothing was done. They should really leave it to Experian and Transunion, who were able to assist me within 2 weeks give or take.
