XDS not keen to assist me in resolving a Dispute

I don't know how a person is supposed to improve their life when XDS credit bureau is closing all the doors that lead to resolving disputes .I have been trying to dispute a debt review flag with XDS ,when I call them for an update I always get negative replies " The email you sent is blank , The DIS code was closed ,There was a problem reviewing your documents " the person that answers that phone does not show any kind of remorse .Again today I was asked to resend the documents and I didn't receive any reply to acknowledge the receipt of my email. I guess I will forever be stuck with the debt review flag for the rest of my life after working so hard to get my life back on track ,XDS is a stumbling block,all other credit bureaus have updated my credit profile except for XDS.
