XDS - non compliance with NCA

Logged a dispute (DIS-141466) on 29/09/2022 due to one of my accounts being duplicated on XDS database.

Got a response: "In compliance with the National Credit Act 34 of 2005, XDS will resolve your dispute within 20 business days"

20 business days have now passed and my dispute has not been resolved in compliance with the NCA.
