XDS never response or abides by prescription law
Hi XDS
i am with Splendi and cannot raise a dispute. I then contacted XDS landline . No help or answer ever. i the sent email with dispute form and all documents to help . info . justing and Padeachy. No response sinse last year. Resent several times. Please resolve my dispute as this is prescribed debt . As per the ombudsman and per the regulation . Prescription applies to this. All prescribed debt is required by law to be removed. This was done on the other credit report months ago. It seems the credit provider has taken a chance and re**** on the slow pace of workmanship of XDS. Can this be improved and can XDS actually remove this prescibtion

I here ther is a new manager and Jennifer is not working there. Please advise as my prescribed debt has not been removed nor any debt sold to third party after more than 3 years old.
I too contacted the NCR which informed me that XDS is completely incorrect. Prescribed debt is to be removed and not updated. Transunion gave me no problems . Why is XDS not know or apply the law. I have reported this to NCR and laid a detailed dispute.
