XDS inefficient and ***********

I had an account which I defaulted on. I have since paid the account in full but Xds has not removed and still shows the 2 year payment history which is irrelevant as the account does not exist anymore. I have queried this with them and no answer and have even called but their number is always busy. Ref no: ***
