Xds has destroyed my credit profile

I have an account with rage that has been paid in August, September and October rage told me that they have sent my details to Xds tu update it but they never did I took it upon myself to update it but nothing has been done I have been sending emails since September it's November now, they gave me a reference but it is not solved I have sent statements and paid up letters but nothing i can't even get hold of them telephonically This is so frustrating i am loosing opportunities because of this, my head is spinning i am tired
