XDS full of rude and *********** staff- has no real processes

I lodged 2 prescription requests on the 12th of October and got 2 confirmation emails but they only processed one dispute and when I called on 26/10 to follow up, they discovered the 2nd dispute and now dated it 26/10 with 2 more weeks for investigations. My first contact was with Freddie who is either rude or doesn't understand the sector he works in as he advised why don't I pay my accounts and stop with these prescriptions. Experian , Transunion and VCCB have all closed these matters in my favor and now this company has different rules .
