XDS doesn't update their systems!! You are messing up my credit score

XDS doesn't update their systems , i have an account with OnAir, my account is up to date but XDS has listed me for none payments for the month of Oct, Nov and Dec...this is messing up my credit score!! I contacted OnAir ref ***, they advised me to contact XDS and XDS is taking me from pillar to post..dont both companies communicate and update details accordingly?
