XDS Disputes department !!

XDS Disputes Department _ are consultants really eager to assist us in resolving our disputes . I have sent 4 requires docs for my dispute to be looked into and one consultant after the other comes back to question one has already been sent . And which every email you send with the same documents that were requested from you , you get to start the process from scratch . Pathetic!!!
