XDS destroying my credit profile by not updating accordingly

I have had a 3rd party to assist clear my listings, we submitted all documentation needed. This has been months ago, to date XDS and Experian have not updated my profile. They don’t answer phones, they don’t respond to follow up emails. This is my reference: DIS-143374 I don’t understand why this country is allowing these credit bureaus to continue operating while they are not working accordingly, unreachable and continuously violating South African consumers. I know, I’ll even get a useless response that someone will investigate etc, etc.. for how long !!! It has been months of constant follow ups and no answered emails or phones.
