XDS **** Customer Service

XDS has sent me messages to say that my query has been resolved, in more than one instance they have closed off the query without checking if I was satisfied with the response, the outdated and adverse information which I requested them to remove from their records does not seem to have been removed and still appears on my OId Mutual Credit record which shows that the information has originated with XDS. Their response to date is that i must submit forms etc. to remove this which I have done and it still remains. I am not even a customer of XDS and their information which is from 2019 still reflects and is adversely affecting my score, they do not seem intent on assisting me to have this removed. Very poor service from this service
