XDS - Credit Check Provider not assisting in any way

Good day,

I am not a very happy camper at all at the moment. I have recently tried to app**** for new 2 x new lines @ Cell C after already having 2 new lines with them currently +- 2 months ago. The first 2 lines didn't come easy, because they use XDS as their credit check provider and there was listings that was supposed to be removed long time ago. After e-mails sent and calls logged it was removed and we moved on.

Today i was advised that there is once again 11 listings on my name with accounts in arrears what the hell? When i phoned your company it was advised she cannot give me any information on my profile as i already have requested my free credit report and i must buy one. All i asked is she must checked what is suddenly on my name?

I want this sorted out as soon as possible whatever is on there i want to know about it!

Please assist ASAP!
